With our innovative app and website, you can choose your logo, case designs, dials, hands, and bracelets. As you make selections, you will see a real-time visualization of your design.



3. Where are your watches made?

Our custom-built watches are handcrafted by our skilled watchmakers in Asia, ensuring precision, quality, and a unique touch to every piece.



4. How long does it take to receive my custom watch?

After an order is processed, which takes 1-3 business days, shipping to countries like the UK, Germany, Italy, and France typically takes 7-14 days. For the rest of the world, shipping usually takes 7-18 days.

 

 

5. What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. For returns to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please see our "Refund Policy" for more details.

 

 

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our watches worldwide.


7. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can make it right.

10. What materials are used in your watches?

We use only the finest materials and components, ensuring each watch is not only a stunning display of artistry but also a highly functional timepiece. We use 316L stainless steel for the bracelet and case, and we use NH35 and NH36 movements for the Diver and GMT model.


11. Do you offer any guarantees on your pre-owned watches?

Every pre-owned watch we curate is meticulously inspected to ensure authenticity, quality, and proper functionality. Our reputation is built on trust and quality.


12. How do I care for my custom-built watch?

To keep your watch in optimal condition, clean it regularly using a soft cloth, avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, and have it serviced periodically by a professional. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact our team.

 

 

13. How does the European Union 14 day cooling off period work?

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The merchandise should be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

 

 

14. I've not received my refund yet. What should I do?
